副教授

汪敬博士,南方科技大學(xué)深港微電子學(xué)院副教授(PI),正高級(jí)研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,深圳市車規(guī)級(jí)固態(tài)激光雷達(dá)工程研究中心副主任,“廣東特支計(jì)劃”科技創(chuàng)新青年拔尖人才,深圳市孔雀計(jì)劃海外高層次人才。2015年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院上海微系統(tǒng)與信息技術(shù)研究所。2015年到2018年在世界五百強(qiáng)公司從事面向城域和數(shù)據(jù)中心傳輸?shù)膯纹晒韫馐瞻l(fā)芯片的設(shè)計(jì)工作。2018年至2024年在深圳市速騰聚創(chuàng)科技有限公司擔(dān)任高級(jí)別技術(shù)專家,負(fù)責(zé)車規(guī)級(jí)固態(tài)激光雷達(dá)芯片、器件和系統(tǒng)。近5年主持工信部人工智能揭榜掛帥項(xiàng)目、科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)課題、深圳市科創(chuàng)委技術(shù)攻關(guān)/基礎(chǔ)研究重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等8項(xiàng)政府縱向項(xiàng)目或課題。申請(qǐng)專利133項(xiàng),授權(quán)57項(xiàng),在IEEE JLT\OL\OE\OLT\OFC\ECOC等本領(lǐng)域重要期刊和會(huì)議上面發(fā)表論文20余篇,出版硅光芯片設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的英文專著1本,集成電路布局設(shè)計(jì)著作權(quán)7項(xiàng)。他有30余次基于90 nm~130 nm CMOS工藝的硅光流片經(jīng)驗(yàn),參與全國最早的硅光工藝平臺(tái)的建設(shè),是國內(nèi)較早從事硅光芯片研究和產(chǎn)品化的技術(shù)專家之一,在大規(guī)模集成硅光芯片和激光雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域方面取得了多項(xiàng)有影響力的創(chuàng)新成果。曾編寫激光雷達(dá)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1項(xiàng),做邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告10余次。他還獲得過南山區(qū)十大創(chuàng)新工匠、中科院優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文、中國科學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)獎(jiǎng)、博士國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等榮譽(yù)。他是IEEE\中國光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)\中國光學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)的高級(jí)會(huì)員,卓越行動(dòng)計(jì)劃高起點(diǎn)新刊Moore and More(MaM)的青年編委,擔(dān)任多個(gè)期刊的審稿人,以及多個(gè)科技部門的評(píng)審專家。
