個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:
雷揚(yáng)博士于2019年加入南方科技大學(xué)商學(xué)院,現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)商學(xué)院信息系統(tǒng)與管理工程系助理教授。其博士畢業(yè)于香港中文大學(xué)商學(xué)院決策科學(xué)與企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)系(信息系統(tǒng)與供應(yīng)鏈方向)。雷揚(yáng)博士致力于研究并解決供應(yīng)鏈管理、管理信息系統(tǒng)、及交叉領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際問題。研究領(lǐng)域及問題涉及:新興信息技術(shù)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略管理的影響、對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策的影響,及對(duì)個(gè)體組織行為的影響。目前,已有10多篇論文發(fā)表在Production and Operations Management, Information & Management, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, IEEE on Engineering Management等國(guó)際知名信息系統(tǒng)及供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域期刊上。
雷揚(yáng)博士的研究方法以實(shí)證研究為主,包括問卷、訪談、二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)、計(jì)量模型等多種數(shù)據(jù)收集及分析方法,并以實(shí)驗(yàn)法為輔。雷揚(yáng)博士目前為本科生開設(shè)管理信息系統(tǒng)、管理系統(tǒng)分析與設(shè)計(jì)兩門課程,為博士及研究生開設(shè)商務(wù)智能數(shù)據(jù)管理技術(shù)和應(yīng)用課程。
