個(gè)人簡介
李攜曦博士，曾任加拿大麥吉爾大學(xué)博士后和香港大學(xué)研究助理教授，現(xiàn)任南方科技大學(xué)副教授，入選深圳市“孔雀計(jì)劃”B類人才。研究方向集中寬禁帶半導(dǎo)體器件與集成相關(guān)領(lǐng)域，在國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊和國際會(huì)議論文集上累計(jì)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文160余篇，其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文70余篇，包括Nature、Nature Nanotechnology、IEEE Electron Device Letters等。
