師資
苑秋月博士,南方科技大學(xué)助理教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2016年本科畢業(yè)于北京師范大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè),2021年獲得中國科學(xué)院數(shù)學(xué)與系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究院運籌學(xué)與控制論博士學(xué)位;隨后在美國克萊姆森大學(xué)人類遺傳學(xué)中心從事博士后研究,專注于在單細胞多組學(xué)上構(gòu)建基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò);2025年2月加入南方科技大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院。研究結(jié)合了數(shù)學(xué)建模、人工智能和生物多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),致力于揭示基因調(diào)控的動態(tài)機制及其在精準醫(yī)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用。迄今已發(fā)表多篇高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)論文,包括以第一作者(含共同第一作者)身份在 Nature Biotechnology、Genome Biology、Nature Communications 等國際期刊的科研成果。
研究領(lǐng)域
1. 開發(fā)可解釋的人工智能模型,單細胞多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)解析基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),推動精準醫(yī)學(xué)和個性化治療的發(fā)展。
2. 從調(diào)控的角度揭示細胞命運決定的分子機制。
3. 結(jié)合優(yōu)化算法和機器學(xué)習(xí),解決生物醫(yī)學(xué)中的復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)分析問題。
