宋章啟  博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1973年生于江蘇南京,主要從事光纖信息技術(shù)和海洋探測(cè)技術(shù)相關(guān)教學(xué)和科研工作?,F(xiàn)為兵工學(xué)會(huì)光電子專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員。先后承擔(dān)和參與裝備預(yù)研項(xiàng)目6項(xiàng),國家重大專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng), 863項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng);負(fù)責(zé)光纖陀螺技術(shù)開發(fā)與技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓橫向項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng);作為核心骨干還參加型譜、演示驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目和型號(hào)項(xiàng)目研究十余項(xiàng)。發(fā)表論文五十余篇,獲得國家和軍隊(duì)發(fā)明專利十余項(xiàng)。
