師資
王珍博士,于2021年獲得華南理工大學博士學位,2021年9月加入南方科技大學任博士后研究員,現(xiàn)任研究助理教授。王珍博士重點關注感存算一體化新型器件及其在神經(jīng)形態(tài)計算的應用,尤其致力于光控多阻態(tài)存儲器件的設計及其在邊緣計算領域的多功能應用研究。近年來共計發(fā)表學術論文10余篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表論文9篇,多次受邀參加國內(nèi)外學術會議作報告。參與科技部重點研發(fā)計劃、國家自然科學基金委青年/面上、深圳市科創(chuàng)委等5個項目。
