交叉研究領(lǐng)域:鄔蘇東副教授的研究領(lǐng)域涵蓋等離子體材料工學、薄膜生長及能源器件等交叉學科。特長在于等離子體技術(shù)在薄膜材料和納米材料方面的生長研究及薄膜材料的可控制備。鄔蘇東副教授是新型中壓等離子體化學氣相沉積技術(shù)(mesoplasma CVD)的開發(fā)者之一,所從事研究的材料體系包括半導體薄膜、光學薄膜、固體潤滑薄膜、垂直結(jié)構(gòu)石墨烯等,應用領(lǐng)域包括光電器件、能源存儲及應變傳感器件等。
