個人簡介:
2016年在荷蘭Utrecht University博士畢業(yè)后,于2017至2019年在南方科技大學生物系開展博士后研究。其后一直在南方科技大學生命科學學院工作至今。其間研究主要致力于細胞器特異靶向的植物激素ABA探針的開發(fā)及利用,ABCG膜轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白多重底物的轉(zhuǎn)運機理等。
研究領(lǐng)域:
植物在適應外界環(huán)境的過程中進化出復雜而精煉的信號轉(zhuǎn)導體系,從而維持其生長與環(huán)境適應性之間的平衡。各種物理及化學信號在植物細胞表面被不同膜受體或轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白識別或被轉(zhuǎn)運,繼而激活下游各激素信號通路,使得植物及時有效地調(diào)整其生長發(fā)育周期。課題組結(jié)合分子、細胞生物學,以及蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)分析,致力于探索植物膜蛋白如何通過與胞內(nèi)不同蛋白家族互作,從而特異性地激活下游信號,最終調(diào)控植物逆境生理生態(tài)。
