基本概況:
葉燁,副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,美國匹茲堡大學(xué)人工智能系統(tǒng)博士。曾任美國匹茲堡大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)系長聘教軌助理教授,擁有醫(yī)學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的跨學(xué)科背景。長期致力于以數(shù)據(jù)與智能技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的公共衛(wèi)生管理和智慧醫(yī)療研究,涵蓋傳染病、慢性病及腫瘤等多類疾病。在醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)與公共衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域發(fā)表多篇高水平期刊論文,并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)在IEEE等國際會(huì)議發(fā)表多篇論文。曾獲美國醫(yī)學(xué)信息協(xié)會(huì)博士論文獎(jiǎng)(前五名,2019)、美國疾控中心(CDC)最佳統(tǒng)計(jì)理論文章獎(jiǎng)、IEEE ICHI 2024 最佳分析論文獎(jiǎng),以及匹茲堡大學(xué)商業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)。主持美國國家衛(wèi)生研究院(NIH)K99/R00五年基金項(xiàng)目《采用遷移學(xué)習(xí)提高生物醫(yī)學(xué)計(jì)算模型重復(fù)利用性的研究》,并參與多項(xiàng)NIH與CDC資助項(xiàng)目。目前擔(dān)任美國匹茲堡大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)系兼職教授(Adjunct Faculty),《Artificial Intelligence in Medicine》與《Journal of Biomedical Informatics》期刊編委,同時(shí)兼任全球傳染病建模與分析工作組(MIDAS)協(xié)調(diào)中心委員會(huì)成員。

研究方向:
1. 智能算法研發(fā):專注于遷移學(xué)習(xí)等機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)方法的算法研究,提升模型在異構(gòu)醫(yī)療場景中的泛化能力與可重用性。
2. 多模態(tài)醫(yī)療人工智能:結(jié)合大語言模型、基礎(chǔ)模型、聯(lián)邦學(xué)習(xí)等新興AI技術(shù),構(gòu)建可用于多中心、多模態(tài)、異構(gòu)健康醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)分析的技術(shù)框架,服務(wù)于公共衛(wèi)生決策與智慧醫(yī)療管理。
3. 傳染病概率建模與監(jiān)測:基于電子病歷數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)展面向臨床實(shí)踐的概率模型,用于精準(zhǔn)、高效的傳染病早期識(shí)別與動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測。
4. 慢性病智能管理:融合個(gè)體健康數(shù)據(jù)與AI模型,探索面向社區(qū)和人群的慢性病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、管理與干預(yù)策略。
