陳志華，雙博士，南方科技大學(xué)長(zhǎng)聘教授。中國(guó)宇航學(xué)會(huì)無(wú)人飛行器分會(huì)第六屆理事會(huì)理事(2018-2023)、中國(guó)力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)爆炸力學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)第七、八與九屆委員(2007-2020)、中國(guó)空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)會(huì)物理氣體動(dòng)力專業(yè)學(xué)委員會(huì)委員(2007-2022)、《爆炸與沖擊》第九屆編委會(huì)委員、瞬態(tài)物理全國(guó)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室常務(wù)副主任(2014-2020)。發(fā)表期刊論文230余篇。獲省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)，出版專著3本。授權(quán)發(fā)明專利16項(xiàng)，軟件著作權(quán)3項(xiàng)?！?/p>
研究領(lǐng)域：
主要從事半導(dǎo)體刻蝕及其它制造工藝所涉及的流動(dòng)、傳熱與反應(yīng)等流體控制研究。
